SelfieTo Studio provides digital portrait services created from customer-submitted photos. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are provided.

Booking & Payment

• All bookings are made through our scheduling platform.
• Payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Photo Submission

Customers are responsible for submitting clear, appropriate photos as instructed.

The quality of the final portraits depends on the quality of the photos provided.

We are not responsible for issues caused by low-quality, blurry, or unsuitable images.

Editing & Creative Style

SelfieTo Studio applies professional editing based on artistic judgment and the selected package.

Minor revisions may be included depending on the package; extensive changes may require an additional fee.

Results may vary based on lighting, image quality, and facial features provided.

Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and begin once all required photos are received.

Delays may occur due to incomplete submissions or unforeseen technical issues.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, all sales are final once editing has begun.

Refunds are not available after delivery of final images.

If a cancellation is requested before work begins, eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

Customers retain personal usage rights to their final images.

SelfieTo Studio retains the right to refuse use of submitted photos that violate these terms.

Images will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit customer permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, offensive, or harmful
• Infringing on another person’s rights
• Misrepresenting your identity

Limitation of Liability

SelfieTo Studio is not liable for:

• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
• Technical issues beyond our control
